In April 2026 I plan on returning to work and will be accepting a limited number of clients, including the following:
Real estate purchases and sales
Estate planning (wills, powers of attorney, rep agreements)
Mortgage and refinance files
Title transfers or spousal buyouts with valid separation agreement
Certificates of ILA
Signing of files prepared by another lawyer or notary public
Notarisations (walk-in times and online booking to come in 2026).
